Digital service payments
Raja Freelance provides custom digital services including website development, content writing, eBook creation, consulting, branding, AI prompt engineering, and business research. Because these services involve time, planning, expertise, and custom work, refunds are reviewed based on project progress and delivered value.
Before work begins
If payment has been made and no work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any payment processing, consultation, or administrative costs already incurred.
After work begins
Once research, writing, design, development, consulting, formatting, or project planning has started, full refunds are generally not available. Partial refunds may be considered only for undelivered portions of a project.
Completed work
No refund is offered for approved, delivered, downloaded, published, or completed digital work, including content drafts, website files, eBook files, research reports, strategy documents, and online products.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be provided according to the project agreement. Revision requests must match the original project scope.
